Summer is on its way and we are definitely ready for it! As we’ll still be spending more time at home again this year, we thought we would put together a list of delicious, summery cocktails to enjoy with friends and family in the garden. So, we asked some amazing mobile bars for a few of their favourite recipes and here’s what they gave us….
Signature Pornstar Martini
by The Tipsy Grey
A classic and always a popular choice, this Signature Pornstar Martini is from The Tipsy Grey who have two bespoke mobile bars, one based in Manchester and one in Essex.
Ingredients
1 shot Vanilla vodka
1 shot Passoa
1 shot Passionfruit purée (we recommend funkin purée, which can be purchased from Amazon)
1 shot Cloudy apple juice
Topped up with 1 shot of Prosecco
Half a passion fruit for garnish
The Pandemic Punch

This fab fruity cocktail from Peggy Sue’s Kent is perfect for sipping in the sunshine with groups of 6! Peggy Sue’s is a unique bar service covering Kent that also has Prosecco and donut walls for hire.
Passionate Margarita
by Albert & Charlie’s
If you love a margarita, you have to try this one from Albert & Charlie’s, who provide a range of mobile bars across the UK.
Ingredients
2oz gold tequila
0.5oz raspberry purée (fresh muddled)
1oz Passoa
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Method
Add all to a cocktail shaker and shake over ice, serve in a margarita glass (with ice) and fresh raspberry for garnish
The Elderflower Spritz
by The Little Barn Bar
This summer favourite is from The Little Barn Bar, who cater for events across Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire.
Ingredients
50ml Lakes Distillery Elderflower Gin Liqueur
175ml Prosecco
Top up with soda water
Add lots of ice
Garnish with slices of lime & mint
Raspberry Mojito

Another popular choice from The Little Barn Bar, a refreshing twist on a classic.
Ingredients
Raspberries & lime wedges, muddled together
Crushed ice
25ml of sugar syrup
50ml of white rum
Top up with soda
Garnish with mint and lime wedge
Giddy Fizzy
by Giddy D’s Bar
If sweet is your thing, this cocktail from Giddy D’s Bar will fit the bill! Giddy D’s cater for all types of events in Norfolk.

Vodka

Thyme to Bloom
by Three Piece Events
A perfect summer drink, this cocktail was designed by Three Piece Events, a mobile cocktail bar service in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
Ingredients
35ml Bloom Gin
50ml Apple Juice
25ml Carrot Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey Thyme Syrup
Splash of Soda
Garnish – Thyme sprig
Method
Juice some carrots & a small handful of thyme to make some fresh carrot & thyme juice. You will need around 10-12 carrots for a 700ml bottle of juice (Cold press juicers are best).
Add all ingredients except the soda to a Boston glass & shake with ice.
Fill glass with cubed ice & pour drink into glass.
Top with a splash of soda.
Garnish with a with a sprig of thyme & carrot peel twist.
Boom Ting Iced Tea

Ideal for hot days, an iced tea with a Caribbean flavour!
Ingredients
50ml Iced Tea Mix (Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Triple Sec) 20ml Lime Juice12.5ml Passion Fruit SyrupTop with Ting
Garnish – Grapefruit slice & Twist of lime
Method
Make some fresh lime juice by juicing some limes.
Cut grapefruit into thin slices
Add all ingredients except the soda to a Boston glass & shake with ice.
Fill glass with cubed ice & add a couple of slices of grapefruit.
Pour drink into glass & top with Ting.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit & optional lime twist.
Enjoy!
The Amorous Pear
by Down The Hatch
This fruity drink is from Down The Hatch, who are based in Kent but also cover the South East.
Ingredients
Ice
Juice of 1 lemon
60ml Amaretto
15ml sugar syrup
Garnish – pear slice
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until blended. Strain into a glass and garnish with a pear slice.
